Comrades: 1. Eddie Farmer 2. Danny Power 3. Adam Mead 4. Jim Carmichael 5. Si Carmichael 6. Colin Wilson 7. Matty Wardle 8. Steve Hawes 9. James Armstrong 10. Aaron Usmani 11. Dan Wright

Hemel edged the opening stages, but only had a long-range shot to show.

On eleven minutes, Berko had their first chance, and only a smart save from the home keeper stopped a Matty Wardle header going in.

Hemel are playing down the slope, and it’s a misty evening here at Vauxhall Road.

The Tudors eventually made their possession pay on twenty-three minutes when Dennis Fenemore slid the ball home.

Hemel’s Jake Parsons and Matt Pooley are a constant thorn in Berko’s side, combing well on their right flank.

The Comrades come close to the leveller on thirty-two minutes with a powerful drive from Steve Hawes that rattles the bar.

Another double chance falls to the Comrades, Usmani heading on goal with Jimmy Armstrong following up.

Half-time: 0-1

Seven minutes in and the Tudors bag a second goal, Hemel full-back Pooley exploits sleepy defending before drilling home.

The Comrades make a tactical switch with Lewis Rodrigoe coming on for Aaron Usmani, Adam Mead pushing forward.

With twenty minutes left, Micky switches the forward line with Loz Bunker and Tony Burnett replacing Armstrong and Wardle.

Berko keep on asking questions, and Danny Power clips a free-kick in, which is put behind for a corner.

A huge let off for Berko as a miscued clearance spins back on goal, and Power gets a great block in.

Bunks and Tony have battled well, but to no avail.

Full-time: 0-2
