- Mick Vipond: was appointed as Berkhamsteds first manager in 2009. Mick has lead the Club to two successive Championships. Previously managed at Leverstock Green, Tring Town and Hemel Hempstead Town, where he had a long playing career.

- Paul Tomkins: Was appointed Reserve Team coach in October 2010, having previously been Assistant Manager at Herts Senior League side Codicote, and at Aston Clinton during their successful 2009-10 campaign. Paul has also had experience as First Team Manager at Welwyn Garden City and Harpenden Town.
